The story of Unique Machine & Tool Co. began in 1969 with one goal: to build the finest door production equipment in the world. Our founder believed American craftsmanship, combined with relentless innovation, could set a new standard for the industry.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, our state-of-the-art facility employs skilled machinists and engineers with decades of combined experience. Unique has its own welding, CNC machine shop, and electrical controls assembly departments all on campus — controlling quality from raw steel to finished machine.

Our machines are trusted by leading cabinet shops, door manufacturers, and custom woodworking businesses across North America and around the world.

The 250GT Series Launch
Introduction of the original 250GT Raised Panel Door Machine — 1 man, 1 door, 2 minutes. Thousands sold worldwide.
1998
Expanded Product Line
Growing demand led to factory expansion and a broader range — cope, tenon, miter, stile/rail, arch, and line boring systems.
2010
CNC Revolution
Launch of the 2681, 2720, and 2702 CNC series — bringing computer-controlled precision to door manufacturers at every scale.
